2D Toon-Style 3D Avatar - "Chibi Shadow Wolves"

This was one of my earliest attempts at real-time avatars with a focus on learning the 3D DCC software (Blender, Substance 3D Painter) to Unity workflow, and recreating a flat 2D toon-style design faithfully in 3D.
Using some cool 2D character designs from the Cool Cats' "Shadow Wolves" IP as initial reference & inspiration (https://coolcats.com/shadow-wolves), these stylized 3D assets are fully rigged with PBR materials and real-time ready for games, 3D web, and keyframe/mocap animation. ✨

I used Blender for modeling, blendshapes, UV unwrapping, rigging, weight painting, & animation, Substance 3D Painter for texture creation, and Unity for VRM setup (dynamic spring bones, metadata, etc.).
